The Role
- Diary management for designated directors which includes, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings / conferences.
- General administration and office support duties
- Proactive inbox management for directors including replying to emails, requests and prioritisation
- Preparation of reports, presentations, letters and other key business documents
- Sitting in meetings and minute taking
- Project administration
Useful but not essential if:
- You have previous experience in the construction industry, either in the UK or internationally
- You have previous experience in a startup environment
- Experience working in the construction sector
- You are a quick learner picking up software, Hubspot, Jira, Internal Websites…
- You are available to start immediately

The position is based at our Bournemouth Office, Monday - Friday 9AM - 4PM
